Visit our online portal to log your return request using your order number and email address to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items and the original packing slip into the shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items at our Maastricht boutique, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
